I ended up buying a Kona Kula. The Westvleteren was a disaster. Munton's Carb Tabs are a joke and my beer is over primed. I just brewed an American Amber today. Beersmith is a great program.
yeah, the carbtabs are a bitch. They work great.... TOO great. I have to basically cut the recommendation in HALF for how many to use or else I end up with gushers.
